Sabrina Dubik's essay has a conversational tone that really sets the mood because it is a very informal essay. You can tell she is a good writer because the words flow very well. This essay is a very easy read because she uses small but meaningful words. I really enjoyed her real life story that she put in, it makes the essay more interesting.
I have always been afraid of talking to people I don't know, it could be because I was told: "Don't talk to strangers!" Now I realize that if we talk to strangers our confidence and self-esteem will be boosted. This essay really put things into perspective for me. She definitely proved her point to me and probably some other people who read her essay. In the end, it’s really your choice whether or not you will step outside your comfort zone and talk to strangers.
