1. No regard to impact crime has. No proof that it is better than being imprisoned.
2. Stops those who can’t be rehabilitated. Death is a severe punishment.

4. No need for life without parole. Some say it costs more than imprisonment.
5. Use attorneys to protect them. Capital punishment can be overturned.
