My name is Olayemi Ode-Martins. Currently, I am in the U.S Army, trying to advance further in my military career by taking leadership courses at higher level. I am writing this letter to express my interest in Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a Specialization in Information Systems and Technology at the University of Phoenix. I have an exceptional academic record in the field of Engineering (Chemical Engineering), along with a notable achievement in the U.S Army as a Water Treatment Specialist.
I want a doctoral degree simply because it will give me a personal sense of achievement and make me a valuable
asset to a company that is looking for scholars. Moreover, it is going to be a proof that I have been faced with academic challenges and will be capable of meeting or exceeding the expectations that will be placed on me by any organization.
I learned of the IST Specialization of the Doctor of Management degree (DM/IST) by your University through Kristell Wray, Doctoral Enrollment Advisor. The program particularly caught my interest because of the research and learning opportunities that would be available while pursuing my education at the University of Phoenix. I am sure that I would be a strong asset to your school.
