Throughout the documentary, it is clear that Katrina has been through a lot of hardships in the past few years. Her husband of many years was addicted to prescription pain killers. She had to support him and their three children, but that was just the start of Katrina’s issues. Katrina should receive child support from her ex-husband, but since he does not have a job, she feels bad about taking any of the money he makes. She says that she would rather just get $20 or $100, so instead she is getting no money from him.
