Yes, Yolando does have positive qualities. A positive quality that Yolanda has is she is very courageous. Yolanda expressed this quality in the story by standing up for what she believes in.

Some negative outcomes of Doris’s decision to run away from trouble is she doesn't experience what it is like to have fun. Also by doing this is she is making herself more invisible, and she is adapting to the fact that being invisible is okay.
