Not only would creating dog parks be benifitual to us. We would also help with owners obeying laws. If we had an enviroment for dogs, more owners wouldn't let there dogs off leash in an empty lot, city park, and parking lots. Many dogs could decide to explore, causing them to be ran over or dog napped. We would
be saving dogs lives if we had a park.
For people who disagree about the park. Either because of the noise, traffic, unleashed dogs, or funds. We can try to come to terms on solving those problems. The park can be opened and closed at a certian time. We can find a location in the city where it is safe and traffic isnt heavy. I think If people really want this park. They would voluniter during the day, to check for unleashed dog permits, and to watch over the park. Instead of the city funding the park, we could start bakesales, yard work, and other activities that would help the city make this park possible. The benifites of this is more then the problems, which can be fixed.
