On November 29, 2015, I, Cpl. Lessane, with the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office, responded to 995 Stanley Loop, in the city/county of Hampton, in reference to a domestic incident between mother and son. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, Rose Stanley, who stated her son, Gregory Stanley, was causing a disturbance in the residence.
INTERVIEW WITH COMPLAINANT: (ROSE STANLEY)
Ms. Stanley stated Gregory was causing a disturbance in the residence on the above listed date. She stated Gregory always flip out when he runs out of money. She then stated Gregory approached her pointing his fingers towards her, but he did not assault her. She continued to state Gregory spit in her face on yesterday, November 28, 2015. She advised she did not contacted Law Enforcement. Ms. Stanley stated this is an ongoing situation where Gregory is destroying her residence by putting holes in the walls through the residence. She advised she does not have the money to file for an Eviction Notice, but Law Enforcement needs to do something. Ms. Stanley stated Gregory left the …show more content…
I gathered the pertinent information needed to complete this report. I advised the complainant to speak with the Magistrate’s in reference to the eviction procedure. I advised the complainant contact would be attempted with the male subject. She was advised to contact the Sheriff’s Office if he returned and caused further disturbance. She was advised a report would be documented on file if reference to this incident for documental purpose. I left the residence and attempted to make contact with Mr. Stanley. No contact were made. I cleared the call and resumed normal patrol duties.
