Dondre Leak Incident
This supplement is a record of my actions in this investigation.

On December 30, 2015, I was assigned this case to follow up. This investigation involves Mr. Dondre Leak a seventeen year old T.C. Williams student. I am familiar with Mr. Leak and his prior runaway incident. I contacted Dondre’s mother Ms. Dahawn Leak and spoke to her by phone. She confirmed that they would be home all day and I agreed to follow up at their residence located at 443 North Armistead Street Apt#2. She reported that Dondre will be attending Second Chance as he does not want to go to school.
