DreamWorks Animation Ethics Report DreamWorks Animation is an American animation studio based in Glendale, California that creates animated feature films, television program and online virtual worlds. They have released a total of 23 feature films, including the series of Shrek, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda and How to Train Your Dragon. The company has kept a good reputation throughout the years and it is number 10 on fortunes 100 best companies to work for. They are firm believers that it is the responsibility of all the people at the Company to maintain a work environment that fosters fairness, respect and integrity. Also their main policy is to be lawful, highly principled and socially responsible in all of their business practices.
DreamWorks is an honesty company that believes in fair dealing and never taking unfair advantage of others to seek economic growth. This company continues to compete vigorously, aggressively and successfully in today’s competitive business climate while staying in compliance with all applicable antitrust, competition and fair dealing laws in all the markets in which they operate. The work environment inside DreamWorks is the main reason why it is labeled number 10 on the Fortune 100 list because they create a place where workers continue to remain happy. Benefits like company-paid breakfast and lunch is why workers continue to remain happy and produce better results in their work. The Company is committed to providing a work environment that values diversity among its employees.
