Drones During Emergency Scenarios

One night I had a dream where I traveled to the year 2070 where everything around was more unusual than what I was ever use to. There were people on a convertible sidewalk, and people were in oval shaped cars upside down and in other directions. There was three unusual items that caught my eye though; there was a drones carrying medical supplies to a person that was involved in a bicycle accident, everyone's grass was similar, then while I was walking down the street there was a old man who got out of his car at a office building, it look like he pressed a button on his phone and the car all the sudden folded into a suitcase. My futuristic neighborhood would include drones that help during emergency situations, foldable cars and,programmable grass.
The drones may be able to save lives before ambulances and other crisis cars before they arrives to the problem. The way they will work is that they drones will be sync into the the system, so when a 911 call comes it will get address. After it get the address staff members in charge of the drones will prepare them with medical supplies they think will be necessary to the situation. Then they will send the drone to the destination, the drone will then be controlled by a staff member at the hospital. For example if someone reported a car crash , the drones come about five minutes after the call with the medical supplies and water until the ambulance and other medical vehicle
