1. Enabling students to take control and be reflective in their learning Andragogy “the art and science of helping adults learn.” was introduced by Malcolm Knowle (Lesgold, Welch-ross, & Literacy, 2012) .Andragogy is based on the following assumptions (Ramani & Leinster, 2008):
1- Adults learning are self-directing (voluntary) , independent ,and with a specific aim.

Reflecting on their performance and how it is different from the expert’s performance. The learner will get assistance only at their request .Therefore, I provide support for my students to actively participate in patient encounters, building their clinical confidence and competence. In addition, learners relate what they have learned including procedural skills, problem solving, and communication skills to future practice situations. I encourage my students to do self-assessment and reflection on feedback from their clinical teacher. However, reflection is much more effective when conducted with a mentor making it a social activity (Ramani & Leinster, 2008). Two types of reflection excite reflection in action (during an activity), and reflection on action (after the activity) (Ramani & Leinster, 2008) both are important to learning process. Therefore, I need to provide more reflection in action to my students.
