Dumb And Dumber: Movie Analysis
Dumb and Dumber, 1994
Written and directed by the Farrelly brothers, Dumb and Dumber is a comedy movie starring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. They star as two men named Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne. Dumb and Dumber is the story of their struggle, and the decision to travel to Aspen, Colorado from Providence Rhode Island. Lloyd and Harry are two good friends, but unfortunately they are dimwitted and struggle with life.

Lloyd is a limo driver, who drives a woman named Mary Swanson to the airport for her trip to Aspen. He instantly falls in love with her, and when he sees that she has left her briefcase behind in the terminal, he picks it up and runs after her. However, her plane has taken off and Lloyd is unable to return it to her.
