The introduction is smoking is very dangerous for our health. Smoking is more dangerous, especially to the immediate family, society, environment and economic. If you smoke, you have almost certainly heard friends and family nagging you to stop. Even as you reach for a cigarette you know that smoking makes heart disease, stroke, cancer and other killers more likely. So, if you carry on smoking, what could be the effects on your body? Smoking harmful because there are many ingredients in tobacco smoke that can harm your body.
Today, I want to inform my audience about the dangers of smoking. There is having three disadvantages of smoking:
*Main point about the dangers of smoking
1. Effect of smoking during pregnancy
2. Effect starting from the brain
3. Effect the human body
Let me begin with the first one. Firstly, it wills effects of smoking during pregnancy are still some women smoke. It is not only seen on our health, but also on your baby up to a large extent. It is also, will have an adverse effect on your baby. All people like to have a healthy baby. The first and most important matters you need to do are to stop smoking if you are planning to have children. Do not play with you and your child’s health. This is important for your healthy birth defect or illness. When your baby is born, there is a need to protect children from smoking. Not lead to a reduction in milk supply and can prevent breast feeding.
Before I explain the next point about the dangers of smoking to all of you, let me show you some pictures about the effect of smoking during your pregnancy. The things like this happen to women who smoke. Now, let me explain to all of you about effect starting from the brain.
Second it will effect starting from the brain to the toe. Cigarettes are addictive in nature because of the effect they have on the brain of a smoker. The brain is considered your body’s centre for mood and conscious thought. It controls most of your voluntary and involuntary movements and makes thinking and physical, emotional feelings possible. When you smoke a cigarette it sends chemicals to the brain, changing its chemistry, which affects a smoker’s mood. It only takes 10 seconds for nicotine to reach the brain after being inhaled into the lungs.

Lastly but not least, it wills effects the human body is not affected by chemicals in cigarettes that you smoke. Let us visit you to see how your body does not affect the digestive. System also affected. Tar in the smoke can cause throat cancer. Smokers have pancreatic cancer death rate is higher. Pressure from smoking can damage the kidneys. This will cause the body easily face the disease of smokers. If you smoke, you are more likely to have a stroke than someone who doesn't smoke. The good news is that once you stop smoking, your health improves and your body will begin to recover.
After I finished telling a main point about the dangers of smoking now, I’ll share to all of you my conclusion.
In conclusion, smoking is a habit which individuals find difficult to quit. Many people make preparations for months in their effort to get rid of the habit, making painstaking plans to eliminate their dependence on nicotine. . Giving up the habit of smoking is one of the most crucial things that an individual can probably do. Quitting smoking ensures a longer and better life. People who quit smoking have reduced risks of suffering a heart attack, stroke or cancer. Pregnant women who give up smoking enhance the likelihood of having healthy baby. Today I have shared with you several different aspects of the hazards of smoking. I hope all of you get something used from my speech for your life.
