Mission statement
“I think, therefore I am”
Our business is a service sector based project. It is an institute that aims to bring a difference in the youths and the following generations’ life. This institute will make it possible for everyone to come, polish their personalities and build their characters. We shall help others explore themselves and their hidden talents, sharpen their intellect and become socially more acceptable and eventually better sophisticated human beings.
Management Plan:
The business shall have the following departments managing different jobs:
Human Resource – managing the staff and their concerns.
Finance – generating capital for the business and its operations.
Research and Development – conduct market surveys and research and introduce most demanded and unique courses.
Marketing and sales – this department shall play the most important role in the business as it needs to promote and market the business in the best way possible as the business is new.
Operations Management – this department will manage the inputs and assure outputs. It will utilize the resources in the most cost effective way. It will take care of the efficiency of production, quality, flexibility and also value analysis.
The organization will operate in 5 departments discussed behind. Each department will be managed by directors (e.g. director operations) who will be responsible for the employees under him/ her and tasks being carried out in the particular department. The institute is a partnership of 5 active partners:
