Write a critical analysis about a journal of the ethical aspects of the counseling profession. The article, Ethics in the Counseling Profession by Jesse Lile, explains the ethics that counselors must apply and follow to manage a successful care plan in an organization or school setting. Ethics and values are both defined in the article as a group of behavioral rules to modify our conduct. The difference between them strives in the format presented. Values influence the way we make decisions about right or wrong with cultural or family influences. Ethics

    Ethical dilemmas will be a constant as we embark into the field of counseling. Whenever human beings are involved there are a range of personality types, beliefs and characteristics that are involved. There are many views of counseling but it is very important to have a world view which captures the gamet of individuals.
