Many people choose homeschooling over the traditional public school option. There are many pros to homeschooling. There are also many cons that go along with the pros. The parents have a harder time finding social activities for their kids. Homeschooling can help families become closer.
There are many pros to homeschooling. Kids have a more 1 on 1 experience which helps them learn better. There is no more homework which helps lower the stress level of kids. Also they tend to focus better without the distraction of friends. Homeschooling can help kids in many ways.
There are also many cons that go along with the pros. If you have more than one kid it can be hard teaching two different levels of learning at the same time. Fighting with siblings can occur more often. The cost of supplies comes out of your pocket. Home schooling can be difficult.
Parents have a harder time finding social activities for their kids. Kids that play instruments must get out of school lessons. Kids do not see friends at school so they must find other ways to interact with kids their age. If parents do not provide other activities for their kids to interact with kids their age then they may become socially awkward. Parents must find things for their kids to do.
Homeschooling can help families become closer. Because you spend more time with your family, you gain better family bonds. Families that home school their children tend to be nicer to each other. They learn to trust one another more. Homeschooling is up to you and our child and you should discuss whether it would be a good decision.
