I. a) The American businessman and entrepreneur Samuel Moore is best known for founding the retailers Walmart and Sam's Club. He once said "Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it's amazing what they can accomplish." Now the question that arises is 'Don't you want to know what it to be a great leader' My guess is that you do.
b) In our daily lives we always find ourselves in situations where we placed in charge of certain affairs. Essentially here, We want to discuss what is required of us in order to prosper as a leader of in any types of group. 1. I will be informing you of the different traits that effective leaders have and you will understand what it means and also the results of having those traits.
2. My speech will inform of four out of the many traits that an effective leader poses. I selected this topic because I understand how important it is for everyone one of us to enter into a meeting and exit with a feeling of accomplishment. As Thomas Edison once said "Being busy does not always mean real work. The object of all work is production or accomplishment and to either of these ends there must be forethought, system, planning, intelligence, and honest purpose, as well as perspiration. Seeming to do is not doing." The four traits I will focus on are Communication, organization, confidence and respect.
c) I would like to inform you of the four effective leadership traits, so you when you can better understand what is required in order to have a productive and harmonious group meetings and other than group meetings.
