Egyptian Pyramids and Holiday
English: Holidays

* I love the holidays. The nippy weather, smells of all that great food and the general merriment in the atmosphere as everyone celebrates in his or her own way. If you can look past the consumerism that’s saturated the season, then the holidays can really be a great time.
Sydney
In Sydney, the largest, oldest, and most beautiful of Australia's cities, the monumental doesn't figure prominently. There are no great pyramids, no historic ruins, no monuments or buildings that warrant a tedious day of touring, except perhaps its Opera House and Harbor Bridge. But those two landmarks aside, it's Sydney's colorful neighborhoods and their inhabitants that will give you the most enjoyment. * As Humans, we all enjoy the good times. We enjoy leaving our normal routine to go out and enjoy a
Somewhat different experience. Personally
DISADVANTAGES:
* Car Trips: My family (6 people) that travel in the same car can be overcrowded, and it makes matters worse * when the car is full of essential holiday gear. * Luggage: The packing can take days, and for my family, it fills the car, or our hands up to the brim. * Hotels or Places You Can Stay: Some Hotels are cheap, and they don't offer anything good. I like hotels that Have Pay TV. This is because I have a family that loves to watch Nickelodeon, Disney, Fox 8 & MTV. My Family also likes to watch TV Shows like Home & Away, Packed to the Rafters, Australia's Got Talent and More. * Places that ain't a hotel can be overcrowded, and you would find it hard to sleep. * During the Day: When said family makes the trip, the day is not nice. The weather can make all * Holiday-goers go insane. Sweating is common when driving. My crowded car at day would be a train wreck.
However there are some disadvantages of holiday. Firstly, travelling may be expensive, so that you had to spend a lot of money. Secondly there are a different culture, a different language and different foods. So you need

The huge stones used in the construction of the Egyptian pyramids were transported by being pulled over wet sand on wooden sledges. Each Egyptian pyramid consists of millions of 2.5 to 15 ton blocks. The most common theory for how these blocks were moved is that they were placed on wooden sledges and pulled up sand ramps for elevation. When scientists started to test this theory they realized it was unrealistic because the sand caused too much friction and clumped making it almost impossible for the sledge to be pulled. Although, when a team of Dutch engineers was testing out different methods the Egyptians could have used, they might have found an answer to the problem. They discovered that using water to make the sand wet stopped the sand…
