The results came in and at the time were very surprising. My strengths were what I expected them to be and the one that stood out was · “You are driven toward further self-development”, this seems to be the most like me and to me is my main strength. I believe that I’m not where I need to be and I’m motivated to get to that point. My potential strengths were questionable because despite the results I think I’m very aware of my strengths and weaknesses. My limitations all seemed valid I have a lot of emotional weaknesses and they are mostly social. So overall the results were surprising but accurate and eye opening.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize your emotions, understand what they 're telling you, and realize how your emotions affect people around you. Emotional intelligence also involves how you perceive others. Understanding how you feel allows you to carefully navigate your relationships. An example of emotional intelligence is having the ability to tell critique someone’s work giving positive and helpful feedback even though you do not like their project. Emotional intelligence is a theory that is linked to love and spirituality and in theory these people bring compassion and humanity to situations. Another theory is The EQ concept argues that IQ, or conventional intelligence, is too narrow; that there are wider areas of Emotional Intelligence that dictate and enable how successful we are.
