PO exhibited a negative attitude in group as evidenced by using personal phone, did not pay attention to the lecture, refused to follow the group rules, and disrespectful to other group members. PO expressed an unwillingness to recognize problems, cooperate, accept responsibility, or take advice. Response to treatment appears to be negative. Will discuss PO’s case with CCO and the treatment team.
