Riordan Manufacturing is a worldwide plastics manufacturer employing 550 people with projected yearly earnings of $46 million. The Riordan Manufacturing industry focuses on materials to provide solutions to the customers’ challenges. Six Sigma, leading edge R and d and exceeding ISO 9000 standards define the attitude and abilities of Riordan Manufacturing.
First of all, this year Riordan Manufacturing is recently taking a series of self-assessment surveys- they would very much like to assess their employees. There were three employees that were first assessed and they are: Pisia Leasi, Virginia Mailo- Filiga and Sione Ah Sam. These three employees have similar results. However, each of these three employees has their own ways of improving their skills and knowledge as well as their motivation within the work that they do.
How Satisfied Am I with My Job?
Filiga scored 85, Ah Sam scored 83 and Leasi scored 86. This means that it is above the means in the 74 and 76 range. The high score probably indicates higher life satisfaction and most likely reduces the employees need to leave the company. They all are very well in working with each other. Within the assessment, they each reveal that they are satisfied with what they do. On top of that, they enjoy being employed at the Riordan Manufacture. They are also satisfied, independent and compensates in what they do.

Filiga scored 29, Ah Sam scored 28 and Pisia scored 42. This is related to high score that indicates their willingness to commit and enjoy a positive state of motivation to fulfill the organization’s mission and vision. They engage very well with and have the ability to preserve even through difficult times. They devote long working hours and due dates.
