Training and Development is important in an organization. It helps employees develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities. Companies depend on human resources to help them develop superior employees so that the company as well as individual employees can accomplish his or her career goals, and it increases employee job satisfaction. Training employees increases morale and performance because employees feel confident in their jobs. Offering staff training either in hours or outside training it send a message that employees are valued in the organization and this increases their morale and job performance. Professional development training involves in training supervisory skills, communication techniques, organizational techniques, and customer service skills. These training techniques are not for individual performance but to enhance and improve skill set and help future supervisors manage the employees effectively. Training current employees to develop new skills that will help them for future jobs within the company encourages and motivates employees to attend trainings with hope to advance within the company. It also prepares the employees for future changes in the workplace technology. Technology is plays a big role in organization because it is constantly changing and the best way to keep up with these changes is by training current employees. It is important to offer training and development programs every year to the supervisors to help them meet their needs and goals and stay up-to-date with laws and technology.

Describe different employee development methods and their benefits
