Energy Resource Plan (Conservation)
You are a board member of your Home Owner’s Association. At your next meeting, your goal is to educate other homeowners about energy conservation.

Hello everyone I am Kassie Hunter and I want to speak to you about energy conservation. Every day we are wasting energy and many of us do not even realize it. I have some suggestions that can help to save on energy every day.
The first thing is to check around your house to see if you have any water leaks. Your showers faucets, sinks, toilets, washing machines, and dishwashers. Fixing any type of water leak will help in conserving water. Another way to conserve water is to cut back on the time you spend in the shower or bath each night and how many showers you take a week. Even if you take a shower every other day or once a day instead of twice a day will help. If you can cut back on the amount of laundry that you wash each week and cut back on the number of times you run the dishwasher it will save on water and energy. The best time to run the dishwasher and washing machine is at night, it takes less energy to run appliances in the evening. In the summertime if you can by some fans and
