3 INTRODUCTION
The Southern Derbyshire CCG Enhanced Services is an on-line payments system for GP’s. The Enhanced Services Claim Form is a way of submitting claims for GP Enhanced Services to the Finance Department electronically. The Claim Form is accessed through a specified web link for Southern Derbyshire CCG practices via Passwords that are maintained by the Systems Support Team/Finance contact for the CCG. This document details how GP services use the form.
3.1 User Documentation
This section gives a summary of the type of clients using Enhanced Services
User Roles
An end user at a GP practice has access to Submit Claims for Payment
An end user in Finance has access to Authorise Claims for Payment
A System Administrator has access to Password maintenance and to see Submit and Authorise claim screens.
3.2 Logging on
To log on as a user click on the following link http://enhancedservices.derbyshirehis.nhs.uk/SDCCG 3.3 How to log on
Enter Practice User Name and Password (note: All practices log on using the login ID and password for their practice they are not set up for individuals).
User setup and passwords are maintained by the Systems Support Team (please contact telephone number Customer Services 01332 868900) please see: Figure 8. Password Maintenance

4 USING THE APPLICATION
4.1 How to Submit Claims
After logging on, the user will immediately be directed to the home page for their practice.
Users can send and receive messages directly to/from finance dept.
Select “payments to submit” from the as shown in the screenshot shown in figure 1 below.
