Epping Summary
Epping is considered the hub of suburban transport between several Sydney suburbs. Epping is a trifecta suburb of Sydney because of its location, lifestyle, and conveniences. There isn't anything the locals can't find right in their own community. They have access to good schools, public transport, recreational centres, churches, playgrounds and parks, shopping, dining, and specialty services. Many of the residents of Epping have lived here for 20 years or more and have been in the middle of the redevelopment of the suburb over the years and they still love it. There’s nothing to not love about the lovely lifestyle and culture of Epping.

Epping is a Sydney suburb that is full of modern conveniences and is an easily accessible location. The suburb is well-served by local schools, churches, shopping, eateries, and public transport. A large variety of dwellings that range from small boutique flats, large freestanding houses with swimming pools, modern studios, and penthouse apartments are spread out across the suburb in residential districts.
