ERECRUITMENT (SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE) SOLUTION

1. Project Background
XX has undertaken a Recruitment Strategy Review which has identified the requirement for the procurement and implementation of an eRecruitment solution. Currently the recruitment relies upon predominantly manual administrative processes provides limited data on recruitment activity across the organisation and limited capacity to positively engage all stakeholders.

The key benefits that are expected from the eRecruitment solution include but are not limited to:
• Streamlining and management of recruitment practices, processes and workflows;
• Increased efficiencies and effectiveness of recruitment practices and processes;
• Reduction in manual administration through the automation of process workflows;
• Increased applicant engagement with Council and the recruitment process;
• Decrease in the end to end cycle time;
• Improved data collection, integrity, analysis and information reporting;
• Capacity to report efficiencies and return on investment.
• Improved control of, and access to records.

2. Project Aims and Objectives

The aim and objectives of the project are:
2.1 Engage a vendor to implement a cost effective, integrated eRecruitment solution that will manage the end to end recruitment process, meeting the requirements outlined in the Technical Requirements Specification.
2.2 Ensure seamless implementation of the eRecruitment solution.
2.3 A solution that is easily applied and accepted by stakeholders. 3. Outcomes

3.1 The outcome of this project will be that XX utilises an eRecruitment solution qualified as meeting essential functionality and data requirements. This will provide XX with the tools needed to design best practice processes and implement advanced recruitment strategies to align the workforce to organisational priorities and business needs, and the ability to target recruitment to workforce demands and shortages.
