To avoid above we need think carefully about correct lightning. Good visual area should:

We need take into account the fact that monitors are source of light and can cause glare, and acts as a mirror. Monitor should:
be a high resolution size of monitor should be appropriate to the size of the office monitor viewing distance should be about arm’s length away
Posture related concerns and recommendations
MSD is the most common physical problem resulting from poor ergonomics, to avoid this serious body condition workstation should be adjustable and equipped with the following:
adjustable and detachable keyboards display screens that tilt up and down flexible copyholders which reduce the distance between the screen and source of material fully adjustable chair (height, backrest, armrest) which allows the blood circulate freely in the legs and feet headset phone or hands free, which improve head position
