So with all that being said what my mother went through made me want to look into the nursing field. My question was always why were we born pre-mature? And do babies who are born early live a healthy life? Too many questions went through my mind and made me curious on wanting to learn everything. In my situation I have a longer road of school years compared to other college students. Once I am able to graduate and receive my associate’s degree, I plan on applying to the nursing program and obtain my bachelor’s degree.

Well a neo-natal nurse are advanced practice nurses that care for premature and sick newborn in the neonatal intensive care, emergency rooms, specialty clinics and delivery rooms. They require we give our patients constant attention and we serve as their primary caregivers to premature or ill newborns.
The nursing program is in such great demand nowadays it seems like there is a shortage of nurses in the every state. It is a very great career and in order to be successful in it you have to have the passion and desire to get up to go to school every day and achieve your goals (that’s how I view it).
Also, once I am able to obtain my lifelong goal I will have to sacrifice so much time with my family and friends. I will have to ask myself if having a life outside of work is worth it. I will want to put my all in helping my patients that I will not be able to get
