As for the heart rate coherence, it is evident that I was able to improve it throughout all five sessions. I would be interested in continuing the biofeedback stress lab because I believe it would help me decrease stress levels immensely, especially during high times of stress, and improve my heart rate coherence. The fact that I took time out of my day to focus on this activity and to participate in the games was something I truly enjoyed. During my session, my only main focus was to improve my breathing and to achieve the end goals of the games; nothing like schoolwork, life concerns, and projects was on my mind. At the end of each session, I felt refreshed and composed to continue with my day. In fact, studies have shown that the biofeedback stress lab did include positive results such as positive attitudes, peacefulness, reduction in stress, anger, symptoms of anxiety, and even lower blood pressure.
