One thing I do is ask a lot of questions, I’am curious person who likes to get to know people so I can have a better relationship with them whether it is at work or someone who might be a potential friend. Communication is the key to learning about different people. Diversity is not something that can be trained I think that individual has to have a open mind in order accept people from all walks of life. Diversity is the most important asset of an organization can have, especially now days since diversity in the workplace is increasing. in my line of duty, I also train individuals when they first start out and I always try to make them feel comfortable to be themselves, that's the only way we can have honest and open discussion . Diversity is much more than where you come from, your sexual orientation, sex, or skin color; It is our beliefs, qualities, morals,education, goals. All these contributes to the work environment
