We, the undersigned, believe that these gun restriction laws which have been passed have no benefit towards our country; so that we demand that these laws should be more enforced from our government, updating the gun restriction laws to be more effective, and that no more gun restrictions laws are to be passed; as guns have been used to save the lives of people up to one hundred times more than to injure someone’s life, background check funding has been lacking in cash by over 90%, and that the 2nd Amendment ignores all gun restriction laws for those who are citizens of the United States.
First of all, guns are used up to one hundred times more to save a life rather than to injure/take a life. As atleast half of American homes have a firearm, we like to excersize our rights of bearing arms. The only exception to this is if the citizens violated a law in the United States by criminal offense, which would provoke their rights to bear firearms. Therefore, it means that any citizen of the United States may bear firearms, and that the right shall not be violated by any means. The gun restrictions laws that’ve been passed do not apply to most of the people!
Lastly, background check funds have been lacking from Congress in the past years; Only managing to invest 5% of what they had planned to put into background checks. It’s like saying you’re going achieve something important, but all you do is watch TV for the year. This is a major reason for updates of the current gun restriction laws, as they’re not even being enforced by the government. Over 30% of criminals who cause gun shootings have bypassed background checks and purchased a gun, which means that about ⅓ of the deaths come from low funding on background checks in the United
