Essay On Personality Type Assessment

A personality type assessment was done to determine in which of the 16 personality types I fell in to. Based on my individual preferences I was given a four letter personality type, as well as a two letter temperament. Throughout this paper I will explain what those letters are and how they explain certain traits of my personality. Not only how they describe me as an individual, but how they manifest in my work environment and my relationships with others. Also, to understand why I am so passionate about one topic and can be so disconnected from another at the same time. I was able to understand why there were certain careers that I leaned towards and how that also ties in with my personality type. This was a great tool to assess my strengths and how I can use them to their full potential, but also for me to be familiar with my weaknesses and what I can do so they do not get the best of me.
