Poor teaching in all schools can come from unhappy teachers. Everyone has had that one teacher that seems like they hate their job and despise being there. This creates students to not learn as well. Teachers that enjoy their job and care for the students will improve their learning potential. The best way to reduce this cause is by having the teachers start enjoying their work ethics. Schools in the U.S. don’t require teachers to have Masters Degrees but in Finland it is a must. In Finland they have no standardized tests. The only requirement for the students is the National Matriculation Exam, which all the students prepare the whole year for so they spend the whole year studying for the one exam and not stressing over multiple tests that don’t count.
