The quote reveals the ongoing challenge of handling ethical matters in the workplace. Ethics is described as the application of everyday moral or ethical norms to business. Moral behavior is driven by the values and beliefs of a person. Moreover a moral person aligns behavior to actions. The Manager’s failure to acknowledge the contributions of the staff constitute an ethical violation because it’s not acting with integrity- a core principle in ethics.
