Good manners come from the inside. They reflect the principles of self-respect and respect for others. They give us confidence. We must realize that for every action, there’s an equal and opposite reaction. We need to respond rather than react, and that takes some reflection so we can arrive at a mindset that creates mutual Advantage. Once we establish that mindset, the mechanics of etiquette easily Support it. Thus, good manners create good relationships and good Relationships create good business. It is not the other way around.
