a-typing :
The impression of this report is conventional, it is conform to the norms since the typed copies are invariably black in complexion and the size of the page chosen by the report writer is A4 which is the conventional form for reports writing. As far as justification is concerned, the whole document is fully justified.
Although the report writer used the appropriate line spacing and margin, many paragraphs were full of blank spaces between the words and sometimes there are a lot of extra blank lines before and after every heading and sub-heading. The report writer didn’t also follow the conventional form of front style and size since she didn’t use Times New Roman, 12 and all the words are written in bold.
b- Sections, headings and subheadings :
All the headings and sub-headings are properly written since all of them are written in the same form (bold and underlined) which make them distinctive but there is no indentation at all and the page numbering in this report is not conventional. The writer didn’t start from the first page of the first chapter, instead of that she started numbering even from the front page. The first page of the first chapter is number four rather than being number one.
c-In-text referencing and plagiarism:
The writer didn’t include in her report any in text referencing. Although she put many precise information and an organizational chart in part one which is: “General information about the institution” she didn’t mention the source of those information at all. The operation chart is taken from the Banque tuniso_libyenne’s web site without including a footnote to mention the source. The first paragraph of the first section in part III is also taken from the web site of Doha Bank without giving credit to the author.
d-tables and figures:
The report does not include any tables or figures; it only contains one plagiarized operational chart.
