This brings me to my final point. We are saved from our sins by faith. When we hear the gospel, we must have faith and believe that the word is true. Then must trust in the Lord our God, fully. The final act involves repentance. This does not just merely mean to feel sorry for what we have done. We have to actually have a “change of mind” and turn from our wicked…

God calls upon us to seek him and worship him with all of our heart and soul and by that he expects us to be able to share that greatness of spirituality that he gives us once we let him into our hearts. The fundamental characteristic of a person who is morally shaped is that a person loves God, by following Jesus, and loves others. God wants us to be able to spread his word and preach it to those who are in need of a drastic change in their life for something better. We also see Gods’ love for us on how He’s a forgiving father. We all sin with or without God in our hearts and all God wants is for us to go to him for forgiveness and ask him to change us. The question really is how is your FAITH with God? By faith we shall receive and by making the right choices or decisions God will bless us. The book also mentions, “You can’t love God and love others and spend your time hating and judging others. You have to choose a kingdom love-style of life.” God wants us to make priorities in our lives and in those priorities that we may chose we must put him first. By being faithful to him he will do the same in return and bless us even more in our lives. We have to be disciplined in his word and how we come upon…

"The souls of the wicked are in scripture compared to the trouble sea". God seizes sin from our souls, so our souls will not e destructed with misery. Otherwise, if he did not hold back sin, all sins would break out, and be like the raging waves of the troubled sea. The ranging waters of the troubled sea are uncontrollable, and destroy everything in its path. Sin without the restrain of God, would ruin the soul by making it miserable. "There is this clear evidence that men's own wisdom is no security to them from death". If God wants us to go to hell, then you will go to hell. Nothing good can come from a person that can help them go to heaven, if God wishes otherwise. "Almost every natural man that hears of hell flatters himself that he shall escape it; he…

As we know it is difficult to resist temptation; we will find that it is a disgrace to our lord we will give into temptation and feel to follow the orders of the Lord .We should really feel sorry for Paul when he say these words, “I buffet my body and make it my slave, lest possibly, after I have preached to others, I myself should be disqualified.” (1 Cor. 9:27) Trying to live in this sin filled word and obey all that is right in the word is a very hard, but is an accomplishable duty. We must understand the life of a Christians is a godly one. As we farther read in the scripture we are being told of the righteous life instead of the sinful Not that we must try to live a godly life, but we are expected to live a godly life. Even though we are not at all free from the work of sin, we do not have to be over taken by it.…
