I divided my presentation into 3 parts:
First: I’d like to give you an overview of (I)
Second: Let’s focus on (II)
Finally: I am gonna summarize my talk with some of the key points.
And now let’s start with some of the factors that…
I. What makes you feel stressed?
As an student in national university, I do get a lot of pressures:
Pressure:
1. Pressure from mountain of exercises and projects that I must deal with by short deadline.
2. Pressure from exams.
3. To do well in exams.

4. How about pressure from girlfriend. For the gentlemen here, who has pressure form your girlfriend? SAY I… (may be it’s hard to decide which place should you go at the weekend, what gift you gonna buy for her birthday, and what if she refuse when you ask her out for dinner) These things will definitely make me feel stressed.
And then how do you feel when you get stressed?
1. Overwhelmed.
2. Confused.
3. Exhausted.
4. Irritable(get mad with the people around you)
5. Anxious.
6. Worried (these things are inevitable when you get stressed)

Second part, create a lot of positive emotions about making the change.
Ex: I start to imagine what I would look like after I made the change.
2. Doing exercise.
