Example Of Identification Report
Good evening Dr. Behizadeh, I hope this email finds you well. I first would like to start out by saying that it was a privilege to be in your class last semester and I really learned a lot. I am writing you this email today because I have an escalating dilemma that I need some resources on. I recently received a job opportunity from a private school that I am currently working at, and things seemed to be going well. At the beginning of the school year I was receiving complaints about the homework being to difficult for the students. I met with the principal as well as, the director from the after-school program majority of my students attend to better meet the needs of my students as well as the parents. I took a page out of your book and formed a social capital group with the other teachers since we were all new teachers. This group has really helped me see things in a different perspective and truly understand what is need of me as a teacher and a support system for my students. …show more content…
Tuesday: The principal now feels that I have a personal vendetta against her, I am being defiant, and disrespectful. This all stemmed from me having a parent-teacher conference during the time I had a staff meeting. I apologized for my neglect about being late to the meeting and not letting her know that I had a meeting in the first place. This morning I asked the principal to sit down with me and let me know all the things she has a problem with so I may address them and fix the issue. I received this list, and I told her this is my goal to fix my mistakes. We had a emergency meeting this afternoon to talk about the vision of the private school. After that meeting the principal wanted to see me and let me know that I received another complaint from a parent saying that I embarrassed a child in the classroom by telling everyone this child has the lowest

I approached the teacher before their next lesson and explained how the children took time to process instructions and that if they were laughing and joking about it would take afew minutes to calm down and get focused on what was required next. The teacher glared at me and then very sharply told me not to tell her how to do her job. I was mortified .I explained i was just trying to point out how they reacted and felt when she shouted at them for not instantly stopping and getting on with the next task. I apologised if she felt i had offended her. At the end of the lesson, she came over and said she was sorry for over reacting, and now realised i worked with them more than she did, and actually had a point, and she would allow time for them to settle. I feel that by me not getting into a confrontation with her made a lot of difference, and we was able to sort the problem out sensibly.…

You have been provided a mixed culture (a gram positive and a gram negative) from which you should have isolated each type of organism, described their colonies on a TSA plate, and described their cellular morphology. You were graded on this activity separately. After you have isolated your gram negative in pure culture you will be subjecting it to various biochemical tests and making observations about the cells, colonies, growth temperature preferences, etc. in order to identify it. You will provide a report (no more than 4 single-spaced pages including the dichotomous key tree and table) on your identification that includes the following:…

One day on placement a child (child A) was upset because another child (child B) wouldn’t let her play with the trains too. Child A came to me crying and told me that Child B wouldn’t let her play with the trains, I went to find to find child B at the trains table and asked him if he said Child A couldn’t play with the trains. He said that he did because there wasn’t enough room for child A to play at the train table even though he was the only one person plating there. In turn I said child B there is enough room, 3 people can play here at a time and asked “what do we do at school with toys” he replied I don’t know, so I asked child A if she knew and could help child B, she said we share them. At this point the class teacher came over and asked if everything was alright. I explained the situation, She then asked child B if that was right and he said “Now, she wouldn’t let me play with the trains”. The teacher conversed with the children to try and get a clear picture of what had happened and then said to me that I could deal with child B’s behaviour in the way that we usually do. Child A went on to play with the trains and I took child B to one side went down to his level and explained to him that he needs to sit on the chair in the other room and think about what he had done and why you must tell the truth and why it is important to share toys. In 5 minutes I went back and asked if he had thought about what I asked him to he said yes and told me that school toys are for everyone and do not belong to him and that lying is a bad thing to do and gets you in trouble. I told him that was right and asked what he needs to do now. He said say sorry to child A. I let him go and apologise to child A and he then went on to share the trains…

Mr. Hittson I totally apologize for Coltens actions. He is definately being raised better than that. I have had a long talk with him over this issue. I noticed this morning Colten seemed upset about something when he got dropped off. When he got into the school I texted him and told him to not let anything deter him in school if he is upset. He has been having girlfriend issues that I have been trying to guide him through and I think that is what has been wrong with him. He's usually not like this. He is being raised in a very good home with good guidance. I told him I will not tolerate him using profanity and disrespecting the teachers or the school. I also told him that in the future if he acts the same with future bosses, then he will be…

I observed Mrs. Collier’s first grade class at J.B. Hunt elementary on Thursday September 13, 2015. The classroom had a great climate and was decorated nicely. She had bright posters hanging on the wall as well as many colorful boxes, curtains, and chairs around the room. The desks were set up in one giant “U” with Mrs. Collier sitting in the middle. It was a great set up for the kids because they could easily see her and she could easily see them. The dynamics in the classroom seemed great because she connected well with each student and was interested in what they had to say. The students behavior seemed very respectful towards her and they listened when she asked them to do something. Mrs. Collier’s equity between her and her students was…

Once the pupils had gone for dinner I had a informal chat with the classroom teacher about each of the pupils. I showed her my notes and explained them in a bit more detail. During the meeting she also wrote notes of her own about each pupil. She asked me how I thought the lesson had gone and what I would improve. I thought the lesson went well but I did say that more of the pupils should of got the chance to plant the seeds. I also gave my opinion on one of the pupils. I said I think that pupil A needed extra help in all lesson because they were struggling with simple task. This pupil A is someone I work with each day I am there. I also suggested that the teacher watch this pupil or work with them in one lesson and check if am right about them struggling. During this meeting I…

It has gone so incredibly fast. I can honestly say that I am going to miss this class. I am not going to miss the drive to Collinsville, though. I feel that I have grown a great bit while making my way through this Cross Cultural cluster. I never once dreaded having to work all day and then having to go to class and sit for four hours. My classmates are great. As a class, we always made it fun and entertaining. I do hope that I am blessed with having them in class with the rest of my journey seeking my bachelor’s degree. I have plenty of class left to conquer. Lastly, thank you, Professor Anderson! You made this cluster to be unlike any that I have experienced thus far. You made me feel comfortable from day one. I am a real big fan of your spontaneousness and flexibility. You could really feel your passion each night we met. You could tell you wanted to be there teaching us. Again, thank you. And, it would bring me great joy to have you again as my…

Haier focus on difficult market first. In this context, difficult means developed and big for the market ,for example, Europe and United States markets . Zhang decides to aim for harder market first because he thinks that after Haier can conquer the developed market, the emerging or developing market should be relatively easy to penetrate. Besides, a lot of other Chinese firms is going towards the emerging markets such as Southeast Asia. Therefore, Haier has a different management in not doing what others do. It is a good thing that Haier distribute niche products and offer many different varieties in different markets with being responsive towards customers need and feedback. In this case, Haier learns in getting to know how the market behaves as well as the competitors around. Unfortunately, there are a few weaknesses in this strategy. First of all, Haier could not be in the scale as the other big competitors therefore Haier will not receive a large market share in developed markets. Plus, Haier in the developed market is very new and unknown by people. In addition, certain foreign markets perceive Chinese products, especially in household appliances and electronic devices, as a relatively poor quality products. This is the first impression held by most people.…

teachers can make a huge difference with giving correct expectations to the class along with the student. As teachers we must remember to model and be the example for the students if you put them in a group to work join a group with them and then the students will see you doing it is well and then they know the correct behavior. I don't want to be the teacher who gives an assignment and then retracts back at the desk filling out grades I want to be involved and relate to the students and work with them.…

While I was waiting, I looked around, and from the window, the sky became darker and darker as the cloud covered the last sunlight. I couldn’t breathe. In about twenty minutes, most parents were there. Then the head teacher started to talk about how seriously we did. She told in front of all these people: “she was the one who cheated teachers and brought her friends out of school. We teachers are responsible for your children’s safety in the school. But who is responsible for that once they are out? Jasmine, can you?” I was shocked. I did not think about that the teacher would blame me for all of this. Everyone in the office was staring at me, and my parents as well. I was ashamed, so ashamed that I wanted to hide, and I can’t stop my tears out. The teacher continued and talked to all of students: “I believed you because you are fifth grade. I thought you are old enough to distinguish right or wrong. But now, I am really disappointed at you guys.” We were still in elementary school, and we were so young to comfort ourselves in this situation. Most of the girls in our group began to sob like me.…

I replied that I was uncomfortable with the approach because Matthew adores his teacher and it was not my intention to ruin the relationship over homework which he has always found difficult. I decided to speak to Matthew's teacher, Mr. Washerman, after the meeting while waiting to pick up the children from school. I explained that I was an instructional assistant who worked with children who had behavior difficulties and had found some successful strategies for doing less than desirable work. He agreed that I can modify homework as I see fit as long as Matthew is practicing his vocabulary and math. I must admit it was a pleasure meeting him and I am great full for his understanding. However, I found Mrs. Plack's aforementioned conduct during this meeting out of line and her lack of preparedness a bad reflection on the special education department within Marlbrough elementary school. Consequently, this is not how I wished to start the 2016-2017 school year, but I feel if not addressed immediately that this conduct would continue throughout the school year. Ultimately I believe this would lead to Matthew's education becoming negatively impacted due to the unscrupulous behavior and lack of professionalism displayed in this…

World War I, known as the Great War, was the first total war between the European nations. Many soldiers had died in the terrible conditions of the trenches. Not only were countless lives lost in the war, but land, especially in France and Belgium, were also destroyed. There were also many controversies when the Great War finally ended. Many leaders had different and conflicting opinions on how the treaty was going to be put together. Some, like Clemenceau and Lloyd George of Britain, wanted the Treaty of Versailles to punish and blame Germany for starting the war. Others, like Woodrow Wilson of the US, felt that laying blame would not lead to peace. The United States, France, and Britain were called the "Big Three," since they dominated in…

Once again, I was placed in Mrs.Metcalfe who teaches second grade at Bens Branch Elementary. Mrs.Metcalfe took attendance while the students waited patiently on the carpet. After she took attendance, she addressed that she had taken some privileges away from the students because the students did not picked up their mess after having centers and would not follow instructions that the teacher gave. She explained that centers might return for the upcoming school year if they behaved properly. After she addressed the issues of the students, she instructed everyone to go back to their desks and waited till they put their thumbs which meant that they were ready for the lesson of the day. Mrs.Metcalfe went up to the front of the class to use the projector and expected her students to follow what she was doing on their worksheets.…
