Ethical controversies are problems that are not solved very easily, Problems where each side my have valid arguments. Ethical controversies in business can sometime be very detrimental to your business, For example the President and Chief Operating Officer of Chick-fil-A, Dan Cathy publicized his views against same-sex marriage and how the company has been donating money to anti-gay organizations, in business making statements like these can offend and has offended many individuals especially people in the LGBT community

    The key parties of this situation would be Stewart and myself. Even though I think telling Stewart about Waksal is unethical, following Baconivic’s orders and telling her would put her at an advantage because she would be able to sell her ImClone stocks before the rest of the shareholders could.
