The sacrifices I will have to make in order to reach my expectations is give up the friends I hang out with and give up my recces and lunch so I can study and get make up worked turned in. The sacrifices I need to do this are paying attention in class and stop playing while the teacher is talking. …show more content…

And for my last example is I may have to give up staying up late and just watching TV and texting until late I need to study and do homework and rest up for the next day of school so I can be away in class and I won’t be tired and when I have test I know the answer because I studied the night before and I won’t have to try and study there in class and rush and forget

Lastly i'm going to have a positive attitude in everything I do and try things that seem impossible. For example, when I first learned how to ride a bike it seemed impossible at first and if I gave up at the first try, it would be, but by having persistent and keep trying I started to get the hang of it. I practiced and worked on it a bit at a time and eventually it started to get easier for me. I learn from your mistakes and the more I worked the easier it got. If I didn’t have the integrity I inherited from them, I do not think I would be a successful student. Because I have integrity I choose not to cheat, or be dishonest with my professors. My parents have also taught me to value hard work. One thing I will say that I love about myself is my work ethic. I work extremely hard which is why I am successful at pretty much everything I do. I always want to be the hardest working person in the room, whether it’s the hardest working student, employee, daughter, or volunteer. Lastly, my parents have taught me to love everyone equally.
