Institutionalized discrimination is meant to be the prejudicial treatment or the negative acts that makes a person or a group feel obvious that they are being discriminated or excluded. Well it is up to the person and his choice regarding with whom to talk and with who not to, but people should start realizing that this attempt of discriminating isn't a standing ovation thing nor a reward able act. People should accept others regardless of who they are, what is their culture, religion, color etc and try keeping themselves in their places and think how would they feel.
