Persuasive Speech: Big Hero Six
Big Hero 6 stands out among many other animated movies for a plethora of reasons; it has a large array of likable aspects such as a surprisingly relatable plot, great writing, and representation of science to name a few. As a young woman with a passion for science as well as animation movies this movie is particularly impactful and likeable; I have been watching movies such as this once since I was just a child and I have had a passion for science even longer.
Big Hero 6 is one of the first movies I have seen that represents female scientists and engineers at all. The movie features two female scientists, GoGo Tomago and Honey Lemon. Both are well written characters who are extremely skilled at their crafts.
