Exercise for a Healthy Life
Praises be to Almighty Allah, the cherisher and sustainer, who defines us our body and figure. May peace be upon Mohamed sallahllah alaihi wassalam, the seal of prophets, who taught us the right ways in eating and maintaining our daily activities. My prayers are also for his companions.
Respected judges, distinguished principals, teachers, parents and my dear friends. Assalaam Alaikum
Today I stand before you to share a few views of mine about exercise for a healthy life. I will start my speech with this famous quote

Adopting a regular exercise routine is also very important in maintaining the health of your muscles, bones and bodily organs. Today I am going to highlight the 6 main benefits we get from exercising.

Secondly exercise combats health conditions and diseases. Are you worried about heart disease? OR hoping to prevent high blood pressure? No matter what your current weight, being active boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or "good," cholesterol and decreases unhealthy triglycerides. This keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases.
In the modern days lots and lots of people depend on fast foods at work and even school children use it for intervals. When these fast foods are

The reconstruction era of 19th Century provided a platform for the civil rights movement that followed in the 20th Century and created history. The aim of the reconstruction plan was to provide economic and racial equality to all the American citizens by abolishing slavery and ensuring the basic human rights to all citizens. However, due to the social and political structure of the period, many were skeptical of these policies and so the reconstruction program failed. Nevertheless, the spirit of freedom still lived among the blacks and so the failure of reconstruction plans inspired them even more to speak up for their rights which in turn resulted in the civil rights movement that followed during the 1950s and 1960s. Reconstruction gave the black people a taste of freedom which they never had before and this gave them hopes of a better future. With the failure of the reconstruction plans their hopes were once again dismissed. And perhaps this gave them determination to fight those who were opposed to their freedom.…

Exercise gives people the ability to have more self-esteem, self-worth, and a higher level of confidence. Brisk walking for one hour a day for five days a week burns about two-thousand calories a week. Although those perfect looking bodies that our society shrives for are only reached with extreme dedication, simple daily exercise is guaranteed to increase self confidence. Strong muscles also help protect you from injuries when you exercise, because they give better support to your joints. A common misconception is that as we get older, it is normal to stop being active and to start using ambulatory aides like canes and wheelchairs. When you begin achieving great results, the excitement and fun you experience will make the change well worth the effort. That's because when you exercise, your body can release endorphins, chemicals that create a happy feeling in your brain. While the majority of fitness research efforts focus on the physical and health benefits of exercise, there is a growing body of work demonstrating that exercise promotes wellness and mental health. Plus, when you're breathing deeply during exercise and bringing more air into your lungs, your brain appreciates the extra oxygen. Most kids are pretty flexible, but as people get older they tend to lose their flexibility. Our muscles also function as shock absorbers and serve as important balancing agents throughout our body. To be most effective in weight loss, exercise should last at least forty-five minutes. These chemicals released by the brain are the body's natural painkillers and can lead to an increase in feelings of happiness. All the muscles in your body do a fine job when you use them for easy things, like picking up a book or walking down the…
