Explain The Primary Objectives Of The Army Body Composition Program
1. The primary objective of the Army Body Composition Program (ABCP) is to ensure all Soldiers achieve and maintain optimal well-being and performance under all conditions. However, I would change the way body fat is calculated when a Soldier exceeds the maximum weight allowed by the screening table.

2. The current way of assessing body fat percentage is by measuring the circumference of the neck and the waist for males and measuring the neck, the waist and the hips for females. This, in my opinion is not a completely accurate way to do this since each Soldier has a distinct body shape and composition.
