Enhances the local community
Diversity enables people in the community to develop the own opinion. This enhances my local community because the opinions which have now been formed may have previously been prejudice and discriminatory. As my community is so diverse we will all have different attitudes and personal characteristics, which can only add to the community now and in years to come.
