Explain Why I Deserve To Be Unbanned

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I don't want to bore the moderators with a long appeal, so I'm gonna try to make it short but detailed. Here goes, I've honestly disrespected some staff members, whether it be on TeamSpeak, the forums, or in-game. They are the people who ban hackers, people who break chat rules, exploiters and people who break the rules in general. I feel like if I do end up getting un-banned I will make a change in being respectful, because our staff members SHOULD ALWAYS be respected, and unfortunately, I decided to break the rules by disrespecting them and ended up getting banned. I realize now how much work & dedication the ItsJerryandHarry staff team put into making the server a good place for members. I know they have feelings too.
I'm not asking for all the staff members I've ever disrespected to forgive me but what I am asking for is to be at least un-banned and for one last shot at this server, (hence the ban appeal). I can prove that I can be a member of the IJAH community without drama or harrasing/disrespecting other members and peers. I honestly think this was completely idiotic of me to harass staff members. I would like one last chance, I know I've had like 8 chances before being banned which is completely stupid and idiotic of me not to use them wisely. I truly want one last chance. I've been a member of the community and been playing on the server since 2013, and even in my old staff apps people said that I was worthy to be staff and supported me. I honestly have no idea what made me have a sudden hatred of the staff team, but I will live up to my word and when I say it I truly mean I won't disrespect staff because it has gotten me warnings and got me banned.
