I'm here to tell you about why the Civil War ended, and why it started. The north and the south had a huge disagreement. They had a disagreement about slaves. Whether to let African Americans keep being slaves or let them to be free. But how they decided to solve the problem ended in a blood bath.

The Civil War began because of a disagreement about if African Americans should keep being slaves or let them be free. The North believed that slaves should be free and have equal rights like everyone else. The South believed that African Americans should keep being slaves and treated as property.
