Extraverts Strengths
My personality is extravert, sensing, thinking, and judging. After reading about the personality that I have, it made me aware that I actually do fit into most of these attributes. Being an extravert, some of my strengths are being able to initiate conversation and activities easily, not being hesitant to interact with people and make new friends, not being afraid to voice my opinion and what is on my mind, and working well with groups. All of these are ways in which I distribute the positive energy that I have, which is another strength of being an extravert. Along with the strengths of being an extravert there are weaknesses. Extraverts enjoy being the center of attention, which can be a good thing and a bad thing. Some people find wanting attention a bad attribute, which can lead to people making assumptions. We also like to always be doing something and always be with someone, which can get hectic at times because being alone every now and then is never a bad thing. …show more content…
I have always believed that the past is the past and the future is the future, the only thing you can change is the present. A few weaknesses of being a sensor are utilizing the skills I already have and hearing/speaking/interpreting things literally. Taking advantage of your natural skills is never a bad thing but being hesitant to develop new skills is a disadvantage because you could learn to grow and prosper in positive ways. Hearing, speaking, and interpreting things literally can be a weakness if you let it be because sometimes what you hear is not what it was meant to be heard as. The meaning behind things can always be different than what you see them to

A disadvantage of falling on the extreme end of extraversion would be impulsiveness, the fact that the high extravert acts before thinking, and that they fail to learn from a mistake before moving on to the next thing. An advantage would be that they are socially dominant, have a good self-image, and have more positive than negative feelings and attitudes about life. An advantage for falling on the high end of openness to experience would be that they are very imaginative and innovative; however, some people would think that this is a disadvantage. I do not. Another advantage is that they reject or question stereotypical attitudes, complex, and non-conforming (McAdams, p185). A disadvantage would be people’s perception of them and absorption. Someone scoring high in absorption may become so wrapped up in their imagination that they lose themselves. An advantage of conscientiousness would be that they are hard-workers, very responsible and reliable, well-organized, and persistent all of which employers and friends value. A disadvantage would be that they are not very spontaneous, and they may seem overly cautious. Another disadvantage may be that they are predictable; however, like all of the advantages and disadvantages of the clusters, it depends on someone’s perception of what they think are good qualities and what they think are bad qualities.…

My personality type is an ENFJ, I have many strengths! My first strength is that I like to motivate people. I find motivation very important because if people don’t have motivation they most likely won’t keep trying to reach their goals. My second strength is that I’m usually in a good mood. Don’t get me wrong we all have are bad days, but even if it’s bad there’s no reason not to smile. I also “read between the lines”, and am a natural leader. I believe I can let people down, because people need to learn live their own lives and not always leaning on someone for support. One of my great strengths is that I am a “people person”, I love being a people person because I like to make new friends and like talking to people! This is one of my favorites,…

People’s personalities are all different, and vary from person to person. My personality is unique and has its own traits. First, I’m a curious person who always looks around and wonders how everything happens, or causes things to happen. I was at the beach one day when I was younger and just stared at the waves for about 15 minutes, wondering what is causing all of it. Second, I’m a positive person who always thinks that everything will be all right and that everything will always work out for the better. Being positive always makes me happier and fills my life with joy.…
