Motivation is key, without it what would get done? I always motivate myself to try harder, learn more, and help others along the way. You can’t motivate yourself without motivating others. Seeing someone inspired is like a chain effect, it will ring out to more. It is contagious. At winter encampment, where I spent a week training at Tyndall Air Force Base, I witnessed officers and NCOs motivating their cadets, and it was so encouraging. There I learned motivation can go a long way, and to always motivate your wingman. The willingness to do what is right even if no one is watching. This is crucial to success being caught doing something dishonest lowers your honor and respect as a person. Losing trust can be fatal in any career or any relationship. Once I had a math test and I overheard students talking about how the answers to the test are in the back of the math book. I knew looking at it wouldn’t benefit me, therefore I didn’t get the answers. You can’t see your placement or where you need improvement if you cheat on a test. Anyways sooner or later it will catch up to you. Having integrity strengths your relationships, knowing you can be trusted. Those kids who got caught lose their teachers assurance that they don’t need may precautions to prevent cheating. New rules would be in place and the students unmistakably hate it. Integrity is an outstanding trait to have and I display it
